It is kind of worrisome, that somehow the whole technology thing has become a mostly negative affair.

It is just a matter of scale, rather, the scale of desire on what the entire enterprise is built on.

The basic promise is beautiful, i believe, to improve the conditions on which people live by making little nothings that make whatever can be automated by computerstuff. That is the root of the desire, automating things that help is a slippery slope to automate literally everything that can possibly be automated.

Unfortunately, that also involved flesh-and-blood people getting automated out of job.

(I keep thinking to write “it’s not X, it’s Y” due to hearing this pattern non-stop for the past months/years)

The sad part is this is a problem that can only worsen as time goes.

AI is not inevitable, but there are millions of buttfaces truly trying to achieve total world domination automation for their own selfish reasons, hoping to somehow benefit from this activity, willfully ignoring that they themselves are going to be affected negatively by this self-same result they work so hard to push.

It is hard to foresee the entire result of this automating enterprise, but the current situation presents itself kind of as a warning about where the trend is leading to.

The main problem to understand, is the fractionalization of the entire physical world, meaning, it is more than just “people disagreeing”, it goes all the way to the full description of needs and desires to inflict on the real reality, and the finalization of the purposes over which all of this is acted on
